1. Services Provided
POE BUILDS provides Path of Exile build configurations, currency, boosting services, and coaching. All services are delivered by experienced human players. We do not use bots, macros, or any form of automation.
2. Account Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access to your gaming accounts.
3. Orders & Delivery
- Orders are typically fulfilled within 2-24 hours depending on the service type.
- Build configurations are sent via email or Discord.
- Currency and boosting services are delivered in-game through secure trade protocols.
- All orders include our Safe-Trade Protocol for maximum security.
4. Refund Policy
- Build Configurations: Full refund within 24 hours if the build has not been downloaded.
- Currency: No refunds after in-game delivery is confirmed.
- Boosting Services: Partial refunds may be issued if the service cannot be completed as described.
- Coaching: Refundable if cancelled 2+ hours before the scheduled session.

POE BUILDS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Grinding Gear Games (GGG). Path of Exile is a registered trademark of Grinding Gear Games. Use of our services is at your own discretion and risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
POE BUILDS shall not be liable for any in-game consequences including but not limited to account restrictions or bans. While our Zero-Ban Protocol minimizes risk, we cannot guarantee outcomes controlled by third-party game operators.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
